Ward McGee  (Co-Owner)

Ward has guided hunts on the Katy and Eagle Lake Prairies of Texas since 1991. His ability to put hunters on the birds, calling prowess, and drive to be “the best” has won the respect of his clients as well as some big names in the hunting industry. A 4-time Texas State Duck Calling Champion, Ward has won numerous contests and titles, and is becoming a familiar face on stage at the World Championship in Stuttgart, Arkansas. A member of the RNT Calls Pro-Team, he travels to several state and regional contests each year. Ward also has been the featured guide on hunts for “RNT-V: It’s What We Do.” “Primos: The Truth 1” , “Bill Miller’s North American Hunting Club,” and “ESPN Outdoors with Will Clark.” In the off season he is a homebuilder by trade, and enjoys spending time with his daughter, turkey hunting and fishing in his spare time.

Chris Swift  (Co-Owner)

Chris has been guiding duck and goose hunts on the Katy and Eagle Lake Prairie of the Texas Gulf Coast since 1993. He has accumulated a strong base of extremely loyal clientele in that time. His attention to detail and professionalism, as well as his ability to consistently put his hunters “on the X,” contributed to him being named the Texas Ducks Unlimited Guide of the Year in 2003. This distinguished award, usually reserved for outfitters only, illustrates the respect that he has not only from his clients, but outfitters, landowners, and the entire waterfowling community. Chris is the 2006 World Snow Goose Calling Champion, and placed 3rd in that event in 2005. An accomplished fly fisherman, Chris is also a senior guide for Katmai Lodge in King Salmon, Alaska during the summer months.
